Australia’s largest grower and wholesaler of fruits and vegetables has experienced a loss in profits after poor citrus crops.

Costa Group’s first-half profit fell 75 per cent, but today their share price has jumped.

CEO Harry Debney tells Ross Greenwood they are moving on with big things ahead, including global expansion.

“Happy to say that by early February all of those issues were behind us,” he says.

“A little bit of a bump in the road but I wouldn’t say it’s anything more than that.”
