Chris O’Keefe has grilled the Insurance Council of Australia’s general manager of public affairs, Mathew Jones, for rising insurance costs during a cost of living crisis.

The Drive host also pointed out insurance companies will increase the cost of insurance without discussing it with their customers.

“They just send it in the mail, do you think that’s a good way of doing business?” he said.
