Ben Fordham has been threatened with an arrest warrant.

And it’s safe to say he’s a little taken aback by the news.

Today, Ben received a highly suspicious phone call from someone who claimed to be from the Australian Taxation Office….

Ben has been targeted by a scam and this afternoon he’s intent on calling the fraudsters back.

But his first attempt didn’t go to plan.

Time and time again Ben called the number, to no avail.

“What, have they gone out to lunch?”

After the first failed attempt to get onto the scammers, Ben tried a different tactic and called from his own number.

Finally, he had some success!

Claiming to be someone called Mark David, the man on the other line seeks some personal information.

But when Ben starts asking questions the call takes a turn.
