NSW Blues coach Brad Fittler says he’ll leave his future in the hands of the NSW Rugby League following Wednesday’s State of Origin three win.

After losing this year’s State of Origin series 2-1 to the Maroons and with Fittler’s contract expiring later this year, the NSWRL board will meet to decide which direction they’ll go with.

Fittler told The Continuous Call Team he’s yet to decide if he wants to continue in the role, after his contract expires.

“At the end of the day, it’s about what is best for the team,” Fittler said.

“NSW needs to sit down and work out who is the best person for the job.

“But I need to think about if I’m the best person for the job, I also need to take that into consideration.”
