Andrew Johns has joined Wide World of Sports live from the women’s under 19s rep round, singing the praises of the quality of the games. 

“The advancement in the women’s game over the last few years, it’s incredible how quickly they’ve improved … we’ve all got to get behind it,” he told Bill Woods.

“It’s good to watch, it’s pure footy … they’ve got great skill … the standard here, wow.”

Joey also gave some predictions for Sunday’s Origin 2.
