The flood recovery in northern NSW is continuing, with almost half of flood-damaged waste removed from Lismore.

Northern NSW Recovery Coordinator Deputy Commissioner Mal Lanyon told Ray Hadley they’ve got 370 semi-trailers going a day to help clean up.

“In terms of waste removal, we’re probably only about 45 per cent of the way through Lismore City.”
