Australia’s best brewers and cider makers are perfecting their best, and weirdest, pints ahead of the GABS Festival at Sydney Showground.

170 unique samples will be on offer for punters to take a sip of, made exclusively for the event.

Aether Brewing will be showcasing its smoked cherry, double choc brownie beer on the day – which took four months to perfect.

Head Brewer Dave Ward joined Chris Smith for a tasting, and says “the GABS festival is a good chance for us to stretch our creativity, so every year we push the boundaries of what can be done”.

Rhubarb, toasted marshmallow and oyster are just some of the other flavors that’ll be up for grabs.

Listen to Dave Ward’s full interview with Chris Smith below

The Festival will be held over two sessions on Saturday 2nd June.
