This afternoon Ben Fordham had the chance to meet the very brave Liam MacKay.

Four-year-old Liam is one of only 25 people in the world who suffer from a rare genetic condition.

He is visually impaired and also has cerebral palsy.

Liam’s parents Phil and Kylie count every day as a blessing because they know anything can happen.

A GoFundMe page has been set up to help raise money for little Liam’s therapy and the equipment he needs to keep him as comfortable as possible.
