‘Jai’s milestone’ – Rabbitohs CEO reveals how they made it happen
One of the men involved in getting the League to agree to let Jai Arrow play in the final two South Sydney Rabbitohs matches to allow him to reach the milestone of 100 games has revealed how they made it happen
Rabbitohs CEO Blake Solly says some of the staff came up with the plan a few weeks ago and raised it with Jai before flagging it with people at the League.
“It’s super important to him to be able to do that while he’s still capable,” he told Adam Hawse.
“Hopefully he remembers the script and comes off the field when that whistle blows; he would love nothing more than to make another tackle,” he said.
He’s also thanked the Titans and the Roosters for helping to make it happen.
