Mal Meninga joined the Continuous Call Team to pull back the curtain on a recruitment strategy that has the NRL world talking. The Bears are doing the unthinkable – they are purposely avoiding the marquee arms race.
“We haven’t even really chased marquees, to be honest with you… We believe that we’re building sustainable. It’s not just having success in that first year, it’s having success in the seventh year and the eighth year.”
