Tom Flegler has described his absence from the NRL as a period where he feared he had “forgot how to play footy”.

The Dolphins prop made his long-awaited return last week following a harrowing battle with a nerve injury suffered in April 2024. Speaking on the latest episode of The Offload, Flegler detailed the extreme medical measures required to get him back on the field.
