O’Keefe: The ‘cold truth’ about athletes with biological differences

Chris O'Keefe

Chris O’Keefe has weighed in on female athletes being allowed to compete against other women at the Olympics, despite their natural biological differences.

He says while he might sound cold, neither biological men who have transitioned, nor women who have biological differences should be allowed to compete against women.

“When individuals with male physiology compete in women categories, there is a chasm between what is fair and what is not,” he said.

He adds athletes who are transgenders should be supported by their community and respected, but there is no balance between fairness in sports with inclusivity.
