Controversial neurosurgeon Charlie Teo has been found guilty of unsatisfactory professional conduct and reprimanded by the Health Care Complaints Commission.

Conditions on Teo’s practising certificate have also been placed by the committee, which will make it difficult for the neurosurgeon to continue operating in Australia.
