The two leaders have gone head to head in a debate on Nine News as the election looms.

Chris Minns says he will address the cost of living through a $60 cap on tolls and lower property taxes but admits he can’t bring down grocery prices.

Dominic Perrottet proposed that every household will be entitled to a $250 rebate from their power bills.

Mr Minns has been unable to say whether public servants will be paid under a Labor Government but says there will be responsible negotiations.
