Kate Ceberano gets serious

Michael McLaren

Kate Ceberano’s breakout hit from the 90’s Pash! has been reimagined as part of her new album,  My Life Is A Symphony.

The album is not out until May but you can get your hands on the lead single, Pash, now.

Ceberano is also launching a national tour, with orchestras from each capital city, in support of the new album.

She said she was inspired by Joni Mitchell and her version and re-working of Both Sides Now on the film Love Actually.

“It was really poignant and I thought after 40 years I wanted to take myself seriously but without getting serious,” Ceberano said.
