Scientists are taking bold new steps, to help shore-up global food security.

The Australian Centre for Field Robotics has developed a ‘Digital Farmhand’ robot which helps out small farmers in the Asia-Pacific.

Rural reporter Rhiannon Soliman-Marron caught up with post-doctoral researcher Nathan Wallace, to find out more about the tech.
