The NSW Local Hero has spoken about the important part 2GB played in getting his charity off the ground.

Turbans 4 Australia founder Amar Singh has been named the NSW Local Hero for his work getting food hampers to people in need across Western Sydney.

Joining Deborah Knight in studio, he admitted “This very studio is how it all started.”
