And 7,000 of those are from NSW.
Chris Smith asks NSW Education Minister Sarah Mitchell how so many children can slip through the cracks of getting a decent education. The Minister tells Chris that they are working on a Unique Student Identifier which will help track students on a national level but it’s not in place yet.
