13yo boy charged over fatal shopping centre fire
A 13-year-old boy has been charged over a fatal shopping centre on the Central Coast in October.
At about 4.30pm on October 20, emergency services received a Triple Zero call from a man inside the Ebbtide Mall at The Entrance.
Crews rushed to the scene, finding the building well alight.
Firefighters made it inside the building, finding the 69-year-old man and managing to drag him out.
Officers began CPR but were unable to revive him.
A crime was established and an investigation commenced to determine the cause of the blaze.

Now, more than seven weeks later, police have made an arrest.
A 13-year-old boy was taken into custody at Wyong Police Station at about 8.30am today.
He’s been charged with manslaughter and been refused bail to face a children’s court.
Police will address the media at NSW Police Headquarters at 1.30pm
