‘No man’s land’: ACCC says NBN charging more for less
An ACCC report finds internet speeds under the National Broadband Network (NBN) are slower and more expensive than ADSL.
The findings suggest NBN is charging up to $10 more when switching from an ADSL broadband plan priced at around $50 per month.
ACCC Chairman Rod Sims tells Ross Greenwood this should not be happening.
“If it’s giving you what you were getting before you should be paying what you were paying before.
“Once you remove that anchor, Ross, you’re in no man’s land.”
