Marco Pierre White joined John Stanley from his hotel room to discuss his rise to fame as the ‘original celebrity chef’ and how the world of food has changed over the last few decades. 

He loves calories and only lasted nine months as a vegan, but now, despite being a world renowned chef, he only eats once a day.
