Criminologist from University of SA, Professor Rick Sarre, has discussed the recent rise in youth crime numbers, particularly amongst teenage girls. 

This comes following the alleged brawl at Burwood Station last week that saw four girls arrested at the scene.

“The upward trend has far more to do with people saying ‘I don’t think this is appropriate, I’m gonna take a stronger action to silence this particular matter”.
