After weeks of speculation, Michael Maguire has fallen on his sword at the Wests Tigers.

The former coach has been under pressure to turn things around at the club, but the Tigers are currently sitting 13th with only three wins this year.

The team hasn’t reached the final eight in 10 years.

WWOS host Mark Levy told Jim Wilson questions need to be raised at the board.

“It’s unfortunate for Michael Maguire … it’s a ruthless and fickle business and that’s the reason today why he has been given his marching orders.”
