‘Working has changed’: Why 4 weeks leave may not be enough

CHRIS O'KEEFE

Chris talked to both, Saul Eslake, an independent Economist, and Jonathon Woolfrey, a HR and workplace expert, to get fair arguments both for and against additional leave for Australians.

“It’s time to rip this bandaid off and go to six weeks…other countries have moved ahead,” Jonathon Woolfrey argued.

Saul Eslake added that the additional 10 days of public holidays, although not consecutive, bring the total leave to 6 weeks anyway.
