Jordan’s women’s football team have demanded an investigation over suspicions an Iranian goalkeeper who played against them is a man.

Jordan’s Football Association President tweeted a letter “requesting a gender verification check” on Iran’s goalkeeper, 32-year-old Zohreh Koudaei, whose gender has been questioned in the past.
