A health expert is encouraging people to swap out the milk and cookies and leave some apples for Santa this Christmas.

Founder of Renovatio Bioscience, Dr Vincent Candrawinata, says a ‘fat Santa’ sets a bad example for children,  suggesting overindulge at Christmas is OK.

Dr. Ross Walker told Mark Levy he is sick and tired of people trying to shut down the Christmas spirit.

“It just does my head in with how society is going with all this woke nonsense. There is always someone who wants to ruin Christmas.”
