Workers have rallied outside waste company Cleanaway in Peakhurst as they call for fair practice.

NSW TWU Assistant State Secretary Mick Pieri told Ray Hadley Cleanaway wants to change the set enterprise agreement in place until 2023.

“They want to change … a right to be able to go to the independent umpire which is the Fair Work Commission.”

If there is no solution to the dispute there will be another stoppage on Friday.
