A prenuptial agreement is a written contract created by two people before they’re married.

Tash Nolan from Nolan Lawyers told Deborah Knight the increase of young people buying their first home is a contributing factor.

“A lot of parents want to make sure their children’s inheritance and property ownership is protected in case the relationship breaks down.”
