Former Senior Labor MP Michael Danby has called out Kristina Keneally for being “the judge and jury” of Kimberly Kitching.

Mr Danby, a close friend of Kitching told Jim Wilson, “The person who ostracized and marginalised her… Kristina Keneally is not from my understanding the most popular person in New South Wales”.

Senator Keneally despite queries has denied bullying her late colleague.

“You want an independent person to decide what really happened”.
