A lightning-quick fullback born in Wagga Wagga, Greg Brentnall reached the top of the NRL mountain.

Playing in the 70s and 80s, Brentnall stayed at the Canterbury Bulldogs throughout his entire NRL career.

The star fullback lead his team to a win in the 1980 Grand Final against the Eastern Suburbs.

Brentnall also represented NSW and has the privilege of scoring the first try in Origin history.

He told The Continuous Call Team his career was full of highlights.
