It’s the draw that Australia needed to get into the knock-out stages at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Socceroos legend Mark Bosnich has unpacked just how coach Tony Popovic got the team’s line-up right.

“I think it was completely the right thing to do, and I had such a good feeling when I saw that starting line-up,” he said.

“When you just need to draw, it’s actually dangerous that if you go out with a defensive mindset,” he added.
