The NSW Education Minister Sarah Mitchell spoke with Chris O’Keefe on students using Chat GPT for school assignments and its harmful drawbacks in the long run.

Chat GPT is an artificial intelligence bot that has extensive stored information and can provide well-formulated answers to a variety of questions.

Students have been reported to use this AI bot for school assignments and it has many concerned, including the NSW Education Minister.

“I am concerned as Minister, as a parent and I don’t want kids relying on this sort of technology because it doesn’t build your knowledge base”, Sarah Mitchell said.
