Michael McLaren has unpacked why the current state of Victoria is a stark warning of what happens when you ignore business and allow unions to run amok.
Following the knifing of Jacinta Allan by her deputy despite his claims he wasn’t gunning for her job, Michael McLaren has looked back on the last six years of a Labor government that locked its people down and became the crime centre of the nation.
“The Big Build fiasco is probably the very sour cherry on top of the stale and mouldy cake that is Victoria’s economy,” he said.
“I guess if syndromes could also have sister-city relationships like councils do, then Stockholm could well find a kindred spirit in Melbourne,” he added.
