ACCC’s Gina Cass-Gottlieb spoke to Chris about the legal action taken against Qantas for misleading ticket sales

Qantas is under fire from the ACCC for selling tickets to customers for more than 8,000 flights that were already cancelled during the COVID period from May to July 2022.

Additionally, Gina Cass-Gottlieb stated that the ACCC alleges that “Qantas didn’t notify existing ticket holders that flights had been cancelled for an average of about 18 days after.”
