Mark Levy has received dashcam footage showing an impatient driver using the footpath to overtake traffic, narrowly avoiding an impact with another vehicle.

“This happened this morning on Fitzwilliam Rd Toongabbie just after 8 in a school zone,” says listener David.

“This person driving up the left hand side decided to drive along the footpath just missing a car coming out of the service station and pushed in just further up the road.”
