A man has undergone surgery and two others have been arrested after a terrifying road rage incident in Sydney’s south-west.

Just before 1pm on Sunday, two motorists, aged 51 and 22, became involved in a dispute over a parking spot on John Street at Cabramatta.

The entire incident was captured on video and uploaded to Facebook.

The older man allegedly punched and smashed the windscreen of the younger man’s car.

His passenger, a 43-year-old man, then allegedly punched the 22-year-old in the face through the driver’s window.

The punch broke the man’s glasses, with a piece of metal going into his eye.

As footage shows, the younger man then deliberately reversed his car into the older man’s Toyota Hiace.

Police arrested the two older men and have since charged them both with assault.

The 22-year-old man remains in Sydney Eye Hospital undergoing surgery.
