WATCH | Horrific animal abuse caught on camera

A video has shown a horrific case of alleged animal cruelty near Tamworth.
The footage shows a pony tied up to the back of a car and dragged along the road.
The police have confirmed they spoke with the female driver but no arrests have been made.
They say the pony does not appear to be injured or distressed.
