WATCH | Car tangles with truck in dash cam video

A driver has been charged after being caught on a truck’s dash cam driving erratically in Victoria.
The incident took place on the Hume Freeway in Barnawartha, where the video shows the car repeatedly cutting in front of the truck and slowing down suddenly.
The driver has been charged with serious driving offences.
