A leading UK gender identity clinic is the subject of a massive class action.

Up to 1,000 families are preparing to sue the Tavistock Clinic after the clinic assisted children under the age of 18 to change their gender.

The Tavistock Clinic is considered world-leading for treating trans people.

An external review has now prompted the clinic to be shut down, finding there was “insufficient evidence to recommend puberty blockers” to some patients.

There are gender clinics in Australia using the same methods.

“There’s a chance that there might be flow-on effects here,” Ben warned.
