Commonwealth Bank has begun tracking staff data.

It’s believed the move has been done in order to keep tabs on their activity during work hours.

The Bank has also started ordering staff to apply for leave if their activity suggests they aren’t spending enough time working.

“They’ve taken the additional step of using the data to punish workers if they don’t seem to be doing enough,” Ben said.
