Australian Cricket Legend Adam Gilchrist has paid tribute to Cricket legend Rod Marsh.

The former batsman told Jim Wilson, “I just thought Rod was invincible”.

“My personal absolute all-time hero.

“He impacted my life in so many ways.”

Australian cricket legend Rod Marsh has died at the age of 74.

He died in Adelaide today after suffering a heart attack in Bundaberg last Thursday.

Marsh is one of WA’s greatest cricket products.

He played 96 Tests for Australia between 1970 and 1984 and was groundbreaking for his batting ability as a gloveman.
