Howard has been working as an advocate for the past three decades, supporting victims of crime as they navigate the confusing and confronting court process.
In 2020, Howard suffered a Popliteal Aneurysm behind his right knee, leading to the amputation of his leg. However, he hasn’t let the amputation dim his positive outlook.
