Shadow Infrastructure Minister Bridget McKenzie says she’s determined to get to “the bottom of Anthony Albanese’s very cozy relationship” with Qantas as the Senate inquiry continues.

This comes as more details emerge regarding the Albanese government’s decision to block Qatar Airways from offering more services into the country, with suggestions that the decision has cost the economy upwards of a billion dollars.

“This is a decision that’s cost our economy over a billion dollars, that’s what we heard in evidence yesterday,” she said.
