Ray has received another tip about the alleged thief who stole the tip jar at Betty’s Burgers in Coogee two weeks ago.

He’s been spotted in the area again and has been reported to the police.

The video captures a man at Betty’s Burgers walking out with the jar filled with roughly $100.
