The man who shot and killed a Bankstown lawyer in broad daylight has been caught on CCTV.

Police are still looking for the man who shot and killed Ho Le Dinh at Bankstown Plaza on Tuesday afternoon and are appealing for witnesses to come forward.

Commander of the Homicide Squad, Detective Superintendent Scott Cook, tells Ben Fordham investigators are making progress.

“There’s numerous witness we’ve spoken to.

“I encourage anyone who was in the vicinity yesterday to try and contact the police if they saw or heard anything.”

Detective Cook says they’re confident the shooter will be caught.

“We’re going to hunt this guy down one way or another.”
