The rental crisis that is currently gripping the country has added another layer with uni students returning.

Australia is teetering on an economic tightrope and the latest figures from the Property Council of Australia, states that there is 31 students for every bed available.

Deborah Knight’s producer, Jacob, stated he has been looking for a property for over two months and there are “fewer” properties available.

“Even looking broadly, it’s still tough.”
