A Sydney listener has contacted the show to express outrage over her family member’s treatment at St George, where a cancer patient with top private health insurance was forced to walk or catch an Uber between the public and private hospitals for treatment.

The incident has led the family to question whether Australia’s hospital system is becoming “very third world”.
