Jo Haylen has resigned as Transport Minister amid the on-going revelations about her use of taxpayer-funded drivers.

She has been facing days of controversy after it was revealed she sent a driver on a 446-kilometre round-trip to chauffeur her and a group of friends from Sydney to the Hunter for lunch on the Australia Day long weekend.
