Shadow Immigration Minister Dan Tehan has expressed his disappointment in secrecy over a deal to welcome 860 Palestinians with links to Australia on visas, citing the recent High Court decision which saw refugees released under a cloud. 

Chris O’Keefe argued with Tehan that Australia is doing the right thing in helping people currently in a war-torn humanitarian crisis, and the High Court decision has nothing to do with this agreement.
