Johnny Ruffo has detailed his battle with terminal cancer in a new memoir.

No Finish Line tells his story after he was diagnosed with a rare brain cancer in 2017 at the age of 29.

Ruffo told Deborah Knight it’s important to persevere.

“I’m not going to let it run my life.

“For me, there is no finish line, I’m just going to keep going.”
